NeuroSource has assembled a highly regarded management team whose executives have had, on average, more than ten years of experience in healthcare business ventures, the neuroscience industry, network development, technology and equipment acquisition, strategic marketing initiatives, operations management, finance and claims administration.
Chief Executive Officer Thomas W. Hodson joined NeuroSource with over 25 years of experience in healthcare products and services. In his previous position, Mr. Hodson served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Director for Caremark International where he helped build the organization from its inception into a $3.2 billion provider of health services.
Armed with more than 15 years of healthcare operations and business development experience, President and Chief Operating Officer Peter L. Breen developed the concept for NeuroSource and was instrumental in securing initial funding and recruiting the senior management team. Prior to founding NeuroSource, Mr. Breen lead the regional development of Chicago Institute of Neurosurgery and Neuroresearch (CINN) and helped its medical director expand the practice from three neurosurgeons to 18. Mr. Breen was also instrumental in developing CINN's regional hospital network.
